Responsibilities
-
Assist Warehouse Finished Goods Manager in daily operation planning
-
Manage Finished Goods WMS tasks: G/I (Goods Issue), G/R (Goods Receipt), STO (Stock Transfer Order), Return, Put Away
-
Handle shuttle scheduling between factory and external warehouse
-
Maintain relationships with shipping and logistics providers
-
Implement and maintain inventory management systems
-
Support inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
-
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
-
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not required)
-
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
-
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
